My Barbie doll had the most wondrous red velvet dress...I still see it clearly in my mind's eye. That dress set a pace for my life-long love of garments, both high and humble scale. While Barbie's dress lives only in memory, I have little jackets like these two below to cheer me up. This blog is a running commentary of my love/hate walk with the world of clothing, and my desire to see modesty and purity as a feminine template once again. I see the Proverbs 31 woman as a one to aspire to.
